打叶复烤成品片烟装箱含水率控制策略设计及应用

摘要:
为解决打叶复烤生产线中片烟装箱含水率不稳定等问题,通过仿真分析了现有装箱含水率控制策略的性能,基于复烤机出口含水率与装箱含水率之间的串行关系设计一种串行预估补偿控制策略。该控制策略采用双闭环控制结构,内环采用预测PI控制器对复烤机出口含水率进行控制,外环采用预估补偿控制器对装箱含水率中的长时滞环节进行控制。以同一批次同一等级的配方模块烟叶为材料,对串级控制和串行补偿控制两种策略进行对比测试,结果表明:串级控制下装箱含水率波动范围为11.79%~12.60%,均值为12.33%,偏离设定值12.20%较大;串行补偿控制下装箱含水率为12.10%~12.29%,波动幅度降低,均值为12.19%,基本跟随设定值12.20%,且在模型失配和存在大干扰时该策略抗干扰能力强,鲁棒性能好。该技术可为准确稳定控制复烤机装箱含水率提供支持。

Design and application of control strategy for moisture content in redried tobacco strips packed in cases

Abstract:
In order to reduce the fluctuation of moisture content in redried tobacco strips packed in cases, the performances of existing moisture content control strategies were analyzed through simulation, and a serial predictive compensation control strategy was designed based on the serial relationship between the moisture content in strips leaving the redryer and that packed in cases. The designed control strategy adopts a double closed loop control structure, wherein the inner loop uses a predictive PI controller to control the moisture content in the strips leaving the redryer, and the outer loop uses a predictive compensation controller to control the long time lag process that affects the moisture content in the packed strips. Taking the blended tobacco module of the same batch and the same grade as testing material, the comparison test between cascade control and serial compensation control was carried out. The results showed that in the case of cascade control, the moisture content in the packed strips ranged from 11.79% to 12.60% averaged 12.33%; in the case of serial compensation control, the moisture content in the packed strips ranged from 12.10% to 12.29% averaged 12.19%, which followed the set value of 12.20% closer. The novel control strategy was of strong anti-disturbance ability and good robustness when the model was mismatch and there existed large disturbance. This technology provides a support for the accurate and stable control of moisture content in redried strips packed in cases.
