基于近红外光谱分析的模块拆分均质化加工方法研究

Research on module-split homogenization processing method based on near-infrared spectroscopy

  • 摘要: 为降低打叶复烤成品片烟中烟碱的变异系数,按照“广覆盖”的原则,在分选后每个等级类别片烟中抽取具有代表性的样本,然后利用实验室近红外光谱仪对样本进行检测。依据近红外检测的烟碱含量(质量分数),把完整的原烟配方模块拆分成多个原烟配方子模块;在每个原烟配方子模块中根据其烟碱含量差异预设多个区间模块,然后把每一子模块备料到铺叶皮带进行摆把。经过在线近红外检测,根据检测结果原烟子模块被分为不同烟碱含量的区间模块;待所有的装框烟叶均已入库,对所有原料按照每个区间模块的比例二次备料到铺叶台进行投产。经检测,成品烟箱片烟中烟碱的变异系数为2.86%。结果表明:该方法可以明显降低成品片烟烟碱变异系数,提高复烤厂成品片烟加工质量。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the coefficient of variation (CV) of nicotine in redried tobacco strips, representative samples were taken from each grade and each category of sorted strips according to the principle of “wide coverage” and were detected by a near-infrared spectrometer in laboratory. Based on the detected nicotine content (mass fraction) in redried strips, a whole blended tobacco module of cured tobacco strips was divided into multiple submodules, wherein several sections with different nicotine content ranges were preset. The redried strips in each submodule were prepared and spread on the spreading belt by bundles, then were classified into interval modules with different nicotine contents obtained by online near-infrared detection. After being warehoused, all framed strips were prepared for the second time according to the proportion of each section module on the spreading table for production. Through detection, the coefficient of variation of nicotine in redried strips packed into cases was 2.86%. The results showed that this method significantly reduced the coefficient of variation of nicotine in redried strips and improved the processing quality of redried strips produced by redrying factories.
