手持式近红外光谱仪预测结果的相关分析与校准

Correlation analysis and calibration of prediction results of handheld near-infrared spectrometers

摘要: 以相同型号的两台手持式近红外光谱仪分别作为源机和目标机，采集了1 790个具有代表性的初烤烟叶光谱，其中1 590个样品用于目标机、源机的预测值与参考值之间的相关性分析。通过获得的线性相关关系，实现对目标机测定结果的校准，用200个验证样品验证校准结果，配对t检验结果表明，二者间差异不显著。

Abstract: By two handheld near-infrared spectrometers of the same model as master and slaves, 1 790 representative spectra of flue-cured tobacco leaves were collected and of 1 590 of them were used to evaluate the correlation between predicted values of master and slaves and the reference values. Based on the obtained linear correlation, the measured results of slaves were calibrated. Two hundred validation samples were used to validate the calibration results, and results of the paired t-test indicated that there was no significant difference between them.
