Application of near-infrared analytical model based on weighted correlation coefficient in stability evaluation of cigarette quality

  • 摘要: 为了快速评价卷烟的质量稳定性,采用近红外光谱技术结合化学计量学方法,建立了基于加权相关系数的近红外定性分析模型,分析了不同时间段生产的3个牌号卷烟产品的质量稳定性,结果表明:①所建模型对同牌号产品稳定性识别度高,对非模型牌号的样品识别率达100%,建立的方法为评价卷烟质量稳定性提供了一种直观、便捷的辅助手段。②所建模型还可应用于真假卷烟的鉴别,为其快速鉴别提供一种技术手段。

     

    Abstract: In order to quickly evaluate the quality stability of cigarettes, near-infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometrics method were used to establish near-infrared analytical model based on weighted correlation coefficient, and the cigarette quality stability of three brands produced in China Tobacco Guangxi Industrial Co., Ltd. at different times was analyzed. The results showed that: 1) The stability recognition rate of established model for cigarettes of the identical brand with the model brand was high, and the recognition rate for cigarettes of brands different from the model brand was 100%. The established method provides a visualized and portable auxiliary means to evaluate the quality stability of cigarettes. 2) The established model can also be applied to the identification of genuine and fake cigarettes, which provides a technical means for cigarette rapid identification.
