不同尺寸片烟及不同长度成品烟丝化学成分的变化

Variations of chemical components in different strip sizes and cut filler lengths of tobacco

  • 摘要: 为研究卷烟配方中不同尺寸片烟及其成品烟丝中不同长度烟丝化学成分含量的变化趋势,利用主成分分析法对不同尺寸片烟及不同长度烟丝的常规化学成分、多酚类物质及非挥发性有机酸的主成分得分进行投影分析,基于上述3类化学指标主成分分析的前两个主成分得分进行系统聚类分析,并通过感官评吸对不同长度烟丝化学指标的聚类分析结果进行了验证。结果表明:①不同尺寸片烟及不同长度烟丝3类化学指标及综合化学指标主成分分析的前两个主成分得分在二维平面上的分布呈规律性变化,尺寸相近的片烟或长度相近的烟丝样品落在同一个或相邻的区域;②片烟尺寸或烟丝长度由大到小时,常规化学成分综合含量呈线性下降趋势,多酚类物质综合含量呈先降低后升高的抛物线型变化趋势,非挥发性有机酸和3类化学指标的综合含量呈对数型下降趋势;③3类化学指标综合主成分分析的前两个主成分得分的聚类结果显示:5种尺寸的20个片烟样品可聚为3类,分别为>21.97 mm、4.32~21.97 mm、 < 4.32 mm;7种长度的21个烟丝样品也可聚为3类,分别为>4.75 mm、2.00~4.75 mm、 < 2.00mm;④长度>4.75 mm与长度 < 4.00 mm的烟丝的整体感官质量存在显著性差异。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the variations in the contents of chemical components in different strip sizes of cigarette blends and different lengths of cut fillers in finished cigarettes, principal component analyses were conducted on routine blend chemical components, polyphenols and non-volatile organic acids in strips of different sizes and cut fillers of different lengths. Systematic cluster analysis was carried out based on the scores of the first two principal components of three kind chemical indexes mentioned above, and the cluster analysis results of the chemical indexes of different length cut fillers were verified by a sensory panel evaluation. The results showed that:1) The distributions of principal component scores of the three kind chemical indexes of different size strips and different length cut fillers on two-dimensional plane presented distinctive variation trends. The strips of similar size and cut fillers of similar length fell into the same or adjacent regions. 2) With the decrease of strip size or cut filler length, the total content of routine chemical components was reduced linearly, the contents of polyphenols increased first and then decreased, the contents of non-volatile organic acids and the three kind chemical indexes presented a decrease trend of a logarithmic type. 3) According to the results of the cluster analysis based on the scores of the first two principal components, twenty samples of strips of five sizes were clustered into three categories (>21.97 mm, 4.32-21.97 mm, < 4.32 mm) and twenty-one samples of cut fillers of seven lengths were also clustered into three categories (>4.75 mm, 2.00-4.75 mm, < 2.00 mm). 4) The overall sensory quality of cut fillers of >4.75 mm significantly differed from that of cut fillers with < 4.00 mm length.
