基于低能X射线透射成像的打叶片烟中烟梗在线检测

A Method for On-line Detection of Stem in Strips Based on Low-energy X-ray Transmission Imaging

  • 摘要: 利用打后叶片和烟梗面密度存在的显著差异,采用低能X射线透射成像,结合形态学滤噪、灰度阈值分割、归属判断等图像实时分析处理手段,实现了打叶片烟中烟梗的在线检测识别及剔除。研究确定了70 ke V辐射强度、1.6 m/s检测带速及40 000图像灰度分割阈值等检测条件,并对该检测方法进行了试验验证。结果显示,该方法对直径1.5 mm以上游离烟梗和带叶烟梗靶物的识别率均可达到98.0%以上。将纯净叶片与带叶烟梗靶物混合后连续过料,烟梗识别率达到94.5%,剔除率达到92.5%。采用"芙蓉王"配方中Y1等级打后片烟原料测试表明,在1 000 kg/h处理流量下烟梗剔除率达到93.6%。基于低能X射线透射成像的打叶片烟中烟梗在线检测方法是可行的。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of different area density between tobacco stem and strip, a method for on-line detection of stem was developed by combining low-energy X-ray transmission imaging with real-time image analyzing and processing techniques, including morphological noise filter, gray degree threshold segmentation and attribution judgment. Optimal testing conditions were:the X-ray radiant intensity 70 ke V, the detection belt speed 1.6 m/sec and the segmentation threshold 40 000. The results of experimentally validation showed that the recognition rate for free stem with the diameter over 1.5 mm or lamina-attached stem was higher than 98%. When mixing the later into a flow of laminae, the recognition and rejection rates of stem reached 94.5% and 92.5%, respectively. The test results of threshed strips showed that for strips of grade Y1 in cigarette brand Furongwang, the rejection rate of stem reached 93.6% at a flow rate of 1 000 kg/hour, which indicated that on-line detection of the stem in strips by low-energy X-ray transmission imaging was feasible.
