Trapping and Analysis of Aroma Components Released from Tobacco During Redrying

  • 摘要: 为考察复烤温度与烟草逸出物乃至烟叶品质的关系,设计了一套打叶复烤过程中烟草逸出物捕集装置,对河南、云南和贵州3个产区的上、中部烟叶在打叶复烤过程中的烟草逸出物进行捕集,并结合热脱附-气相色谱/质谱联用技术对致香成分进行定性、定量分析。结果表明:①在复烤线烘烤段,随温度下降,烟草逸出物量逐渐下降,两者呈明显的相关性;②复烤温度对不同产地烟叶的影响程度差异较大。实验结果可为制定不同产地烟叶"个性化"复烤工艺提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the relationships of redrying temperature with the releasing components and quality of tobacco, a device was designed for trapping the components released from tobacco during redrying. The releasing components of upper and middle tobacco leaves from Henan, Yunnan and Guizhou were trapped during redrying, then qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by automatic thermal desorption-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(ATD-GC/MS). The results showed that: 1) The amounts of components released from tobacco decreased with the descending of temperature in drying section of redryer, and their correlation was distinct. 2) The effects of redrying temperature on leaves from different growing areas differed obviously. The experimental results provide a reference for setting redrying parameters specific to tobacco leaves from different growing areas.
