Abstract:
In order to analyze the sensory quality of Chinese-style cigarette from the angle of a consumer, a consumer experience sensory evaluation method was developed via translating the consumers' expressions into professional terms and combining with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results showed that: 1) The developed method involved evaluation indexes, evaluation terms, assigning weight to each index, evaluation requirements and data processing method, and the above procedures were fully workable. 2) The obtained results were analyzed by two-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to judge the ranks of cigarette products concerning feelings of relaxation, comfort and satisfaction, and comprehensive sensory quality and calculate the corresponding evaluation scores.
