玉溪市不同品种烤烟烟叶化学指标差异及品质分析

Analysis of Main Chemical Components and Quality of Different Tobacco Varieties in Yuxi

  • 摘要: 为了掌握玉溪市烤烟烟叶的品质特征,为卷烟工业主要烟叶原料的种植、叶组配方及卷烟生产等提供数据支撑,检测了2009-2012年云南省玉溪市9个烤烟种植区主栽的K326、KRK26、NC297、NC71和红花大金元(红大)5个烤烟品种25430个烟叶样品的主要化学指标,对化学指标和协调性指标进行了差异显著性分析,并分析了2012年5个品种烟叶的外观和感官质量等。结果表明:①玉溪烤烟烟叶总体上烟碱、总糖、氯和氧化钾质量分数4个指标基本在红塔集团要求的适宜范围内,两糖差、非烟碱氮与总氮比值两个指标与红塔集团对烟叶质量目标要求的符合性较低。②5个品种烟叶化学指标及其协调性指标存在差异,K326表现为高氮低钾;KRK26表现为高糖、氯和钾,低氮,氮碱比、钾氯比和非烟碱氮与总氮比值较小,两糖差较大;NC297表现为低氯、氮碱比和非烟碱氮与总氮比值较小、两糖差较大;NC71表现为高烟碱、高氮、低糖,糖碱比和两糖差较小;红大表现为低烟碱和氯,高还原糖,糖碱比、氮碱比和非烟碱氮与总氮比值较大,两糖差较小。③5个品种外观质量总体较好,品种间有一定差异;感官评吸综合品质较高,较好地保持了各品种特色,符合红塔集团对烟叶原料的需求标准。

     

    Abstract: In order to have a sound grasp of the quality characteristics of flue-cured tobacco in Yuxi and provide data support for tobacco planting,tobacco blending and cigarette manufacturing,the main chemical components in 25 430 samples of 5 cultivars(K326,KRK26,NC297,NC71 and Hongda) collected from 9 areas in Yuxi,Yunnan from 2009 to 2012 were determined,and the variance analysis of chemical and harmonious indexes was performed.The appearance quality and sensory quality of samples of the 5 cultivars from 2012 were evaluated.The results showed that:1) The contents of nicotine,total sugar,chlorine and potassium of flue-cured tobacco from Yuxi were basically in the appropriate ranges required by Hongta Tobacco(Group) Corporation,however the difference between total sugar and reducing sugar and the ratio of non-nicotine N to total N were not all up to the required targets.2) The cultivars were different in chemistry and harmony,K326 was higher in chlorine content and lower in potassium content;KRK26 presented higher sugar,chlorine,potassium contents,lower total nitrogen content,smaller ratios of total nitrogen/nicotine,potassium/chlorine,non-nicotine nitrogen/total nitrogen,and greater difference between total sugar and reducing sugar;NC297 presented lower chlorine content,smaller ratios of total nitrogen/nicotine and non-nicotine nitrogen/total nitrogen,larger difference between total sugar and reducing sugar;NC71 possessed higher nicotine and nitrogen contents,lower sugar content,smaller ratio of sugar/nicotine and difference between total sugar and reducing sugar;Hongda possessed lower nicotine and chlorine contents,higher reducing sugar content,larger ratios of sugar/nicotine,total nitrogen/nicotine,non-nicotine nitrogen/total nitrogen,and smaller difference between total sugar and reducing sugar.3) The appearance quality of the 5 cultivars was good in general,though there existed some differences between cultivars.The comprehensive sensory quality of the 5 cultivars was good,each cultivar held special character of its own and satisfied the requirements of Hongta Group for tobacco leaves.
