Abstract:
To investigate the effects of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer on the growth and potassium absorption of flue-cured tobacco, a pot experiment was conducted to study the application of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer combined with potassium dissolving bacteria liquid (
Ensifer and
Bacillus cereus bacteria) on the growth and potassium absorption and accumulation in flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that the application of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer combined with potassium dissolving bacteria liquid promoted the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco and was favorable to the early growth and fast development of tobacco plants. Comparing with potassium sulfate fertilizer, the fresh weight of roots, chlorophyll content and root vigor increased by 15.01%, 16.27% and 17.07%, respectively, after the application of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer combined with potassium dissolving bacteria liquid. The treatment also promoted the potassium absorption of tobacco plants and made the distribution of potassium in tobacco plants more reasonable. In addition, the application of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer combined with potassium dissolving bacteria liquid improved the agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco, especially combined with
Ensifer bacteria liquid.
