Aerosol particle size distribution of tobacco heated at low temperature and its influencing factors

  • 摘要: 为评价低温加热状态下烟气气溶胶粒径分布特性,采用稳态热解装置和碰撞采样器联用系统建立了表征气溶胶粒径分布的测试方法,考察了温度、一级进气流量、二级进气流量和样品种类对烟气气溶胶粒径分布特性的影响。结果表明:①稳态热解装置和碰撞采样器联用系统可用于分析评价低温加热状态下烟气气溶胶粒径分布特性。②低温加热状态下,与升高温度相比,增加一级和二级进气流量均可更有效抑制气溶胶颗粒间凝并,促进气溶胶粒径分布整体向小尺寸方向移动,并降低气溶胶质量平均粒径,其中增加一级进气流量最为有效。③在相同低温加热环境下,各烟草样品按气溶胶质量平均粒径从大到小排序为:白肋烟>烤烟>膨胀烟丝≈再造烟叶>香料烟>膨胀梗丝。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the aerosol particle size distribution of tobacco heated at low temperature, a test method for characterizing the particle size distribution of aerosol was developed by a combined system based on a steady state pyrolysis device and an impingement sampler. The effects of temperature, the first stage inlet air flow, the second stage inlet air flow and tobacco sample type on the aerosol particle size distribution were studied. The results showed that: 1) The combined system was suitable for analyzing the characteristics of aerosol particle size distribution of tobacco heated at low temperature. 2) Comparing with elevating temperature, increasing the first stage and second stage inlet air flow, especially increasing the first stage inlet air flow, was more effective in inhibiting particle agglomeration, pushing particle distribution towards smaller side, and reducing mean mass diameter of aerosol. 3) Under the same low-temperature pyrolysis condition, tobacco samples in the order of mean mass diameter of aerosol were burley tobacco > flue-cured tobacco > expanded cut tobacco ≈ reconstituted tobacco > oriental tobacco > expanded cut stem.
