梗丝超级回潮机含水率控制系统的改进

  • 摘要: 为解决梗丝超级回潮机在生产过程中出现加水不均匀、梗丝含水率波动大等问题,对回潮机的增湿回路及控制模式进行了改进。在补偿蒸汽回路中增加薄膜阀实现精确自动控制,并采用级联方式与加水回路共同对梗丝含水率进行调节。当补偿蒸汽含冷凝水过多或梗丝来料含水率偏大时,只采用补偿蒸汽回路实现梗丝回潮;当补偿蒸汽回路对含水率调节无法达到要求时,采用级联方式由加水回路进行加水调节。结果表明:改进后梗丝超级回潮出口含水率为35.94%,满足了工艺生产要求。标准偏差SD降低0.14 百分点,过程能力指数Cpk 提高0.59,西格玛水平提高1.54,改善了系统稳态性能,实现了梗丝含水率的精确控制。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the uniformity of water addition and reduce the fluctuation of moisture content in cut stems, the humidifying circuit and control mode in super conditioner for cut stems were modified. A membrane valve was added in steam compensation circuit to realize precise and automatic control, and the steam compensation circuit was serially connected to water addition circuit. In the case that the compensation steam contained excessive condensate or the moisture content in cut stems was higher, only steam compensation circuit worked; at the time the steam compensation circuit failed to complete cut stem conditioning, the water addition circuit started to work together. The results showed that after improvement, the moisture content in cut stems out of super conditioner was 35.94%, which satisfied the requirement of production; standard deviation decreased by 0.14 percentage points, process capability index Cpk increased by 0.59, and sigma level raised by 1.54. The stability of the system is promoted and the moisture content in cut stems is controlled accurately.
