Abstract:
In order to precisely control the evenness of temperature and humidity distribution in high and large space, a control model was developed based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) by taking the cut tobacco store room in a cigarette factory as a research object. The relationships of airflow with temperature and humidity in a high and large room with multiple air inlets and air outlets were studied when the air conditioning system was running at constant and variable air volume conditions. Meantime, the time parameter in the model was optimized. The control precision of the said model when the air conditioning system working under cooling and heating status was verified by tests. The results showed that the values predicted by the model well agreed with the measured values with the error below 0.1 ℃, which met the requirements of precise control. The control model provides a technical support for the precise control of temperature and humidity in high and large space.
