非线性化学特征图谱技术在烟叶类型鉴别上的应用

Application of nonlinear chemical characteristic spectrum technique in tobacco type identification

  • 摘要: 为建立一种客观、准确地鉴别罚没烟叶(包括烟丝、烟末等)类型的方法,采用非线性化学特征图谱技术,获得了烟叶样品的电位-时间(E-t)函数曲线,对影响化学振荡体系的关键因素进行了优化,并考察了方法的重复性。采用优化条件对5种类型烟叶(烤烟、晒红烟、晒黄烟、香料烟和白肋烟)进行非线性化学特征图谱表征,并对6个罚没烟叶样品类型进行了验证。结果表明:①优化的测试条件为水浴温度45 ℃,搅拌速度800 r/min,样品用量0.50 g,0.8 mol/L NaBrO3溶液用量3 mL;②同一烟叶样品多次测试的非线性化学特征图谱相似,图谱间平均整体相似度为0.982 2;③5种类型烟叶获得独具特色的非线性化学特征图谱,各图谱间整体相似度为0.749 3~0.883 9;④6个罚没烟叶样品的鉴别结果与感官鉴别法的结果一致。该方法直观性强,准确度高,重复性好,适用于罚没烟叶类型的鉴别检验。

     

    Abstract: To establish an objective and accurate method for discriminating tobacco types (including tobacco leaf, cut tobacco, tobacco dust, etc), nonlinear chemical characteristic spectrum technique was used to obtain the corresponding electric potential-time (E-t) function curves from tobacco samples. The key factors affecting chemical oscillation system were optimized, and the repeatability of the method was investigated. The nonlinear chemical characteristic spectra of tobacco leaves of five types (flue-cured tobacco, red sun-cured tobacco, yellow sun-cured tobacco, oriental tobacco and burley tobacco) were characterized under the optimized conditions, and the types of six confiscated tobacco samples were analyzed to validate the established method. The results showed that:1) The optimized conditions were bath temperature 45℃, stirring speed 800 r/min, sample weight 0.50 g, and volume of 0.8 mol/L NaBrO3 solution 3 mL. 2) The method achieved a high consistency with an average similarity of 0.982 2 for the five spectra obtained from the same sample. 3) The tobacco samples of five types displayed unique spectra with total similarities ranged from 0.749 3 to 0.883 9. 4) The types of six confiscated tobacco samples discriminated by the established method agreed with those determined by a traditional panel test. This novel method is intuitive, accurate, with good repeatability, and suitable for identifying and discriminating confiscated or counterfeit tobacco.
