切丝机二级除尘装置的设计和应用

Design of two-stage dust removal device and its application to tobacco cutter

  • 摘要: 为解决切丝机集中除尘系统存在的风管风速不易控制、烟丝损耗大等问题,根据不同的烟叶原料特征,基于SQ35切丝机设计了两种二级除尘装置。箱式滤网除尘箱采用单机配置,适用于纯烟叶物料,通过负压和滤网将烟丝和砂轮灰进行分离,实现了烟丝回收;风选转网除尘箱可根据生产线配置,适用于掺配有再造烟叶的物料,在箱式滤网除尘箱的基础上,将静态滤网改为动态转网,并将除尘箱内的截留烟丝与振筛筛出的烟叶末一起回收,实现了滤网清洁和烟丝回收自动化。结果表明:两种二级除尘装置都可对除尘吸入烟丝实现截留,且截留烟丝碎丝率均小于3.5%,符合烟丝直接回掺要求,可节约烟丝16 875 kg/年。改进后有效降低了烟丝浪费,提高了切丝机运行效率。

     

    Abstract: In order to accurately control the air velocity in duct of centralized dust removal system for tobacco cutter and reduce cut tobacco loss, two two-stage dust removal units, a fixed filter screen dust box unit and a pneumatic separation rotational screen dust box unit, were designed for the SQ35 tobacco cutter cutting different materials. The fixed screen unit was designed for a single tobacco cutter and suitable to separate natural tobacco material from grinding wheel dust via negative pressure and filter screen. The pneumatic separation unit was designed for a processing line and suitable to materials containing reconstituted tobacco, the cut tobacco retained by the rotational screen in the pneumatic separation unit was recycled together with the fines came out of the vibrating screen, and the rotational screen was self-cleaned. The results showed that the two units could reclaim the cut tobacco carried by the dust removal system, the short strand proportion in reclaimed cut tobacco was below 3.5%, which could be added back to cut tobacco flow directly; and save 16 875 kg of cut tobacco per year.
