Abstract:
In order to inspect super-slim cigarette with cavity dual filter, the inspection device in ZJ118 cigarette maker was modified. By means of the photoelectric sensor for filter end inspection and the design of program algorithm, the differences between the contours of cavity dual filter and normal filter were converted into corresponding electrical level signals to detect and reject cigarettes with defective filter or missing filter. An experiment was conducted with 100 simulated cavity dual filters, the results showed that the accuracy of the modified filter inspection device reached 100%, it effectively promotes the adaptability of ZJ118 cigarette maker for the diversified market needs.
