汉中烟区烟蚜发生动态及烟蚜茧蜂防控效果分析

Population dynamics of Myzus persicae (Sulzer) in Hanzhong tobacco planting areas and control effects of Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead

  • 摘要: 为准确评估烟蚜茧蜂对烟蚜的生物防控作用,于2014-2016年系统调查了汉中烟区烟蚜发生动态、烟蚜茧蜂控蚜效果及烟蚜茧蜂对烟草黄瓜花叶病毒病的防治作用。结果表明:汉中烟区有翅蚜、无翅蚜种群动态曲线均呈双峰曲线。释放烟蚜茧蜂后,放蜂处理组表现出良好的控蚜效果,以释放2次烟蚜茧蜂且施用1次杀虫剂处理组对烟蚜的控制效果最好。释放2次烟蚜茧蜂且施用1次杀虫剂处理组的烟草黄瓜花叶病毒病发病率、病情指数明显低于仅施用杀虫剂处理组,表明烟蚜茧蜂对烟草黄瓜花叶病毒病有一定的防治作用。

     

    Abstract: To clarify the control effects of Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead on Myzus persicae (Sulzer), the population dynamics of Myzus persicae (Sulzer) in Hanzhong tobacco planting areas during 2014-2016, the control effects of Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead on Myzus persicae (Sulzer) and tobacco cucumber mosaic virus were systematically investigated. The results showed that the population dynamic curves of wingless and winged aphids were both bimodal. After releasing Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead, the treatments of releasing Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead showed good control effects. The treatment of releasing twice Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead with applying once insecticide had the best control effect on Myzus persicae (Sulzer), and the incidence and disease index of tobacco cucumber mosaic virus under this treatment were significantly lower than the treatment of applying insecticide alone, indicated Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead had the control effect on tobacco cucumber mosaic virus.
