复合盐处理对不同烤烟品种发芽特性的影响

Effects of salt mixture on germination characteristics of different flue-cured tobacco varieties

  • 摘要: 为了考察烟草品种的耐盐性,筛选出烤烟耐盐品种,以5个烤烟品种(红花大金元、K326、云烟87、云烟97和中烟100)为材料,设置不同质量浓度(0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%和1.0%)的复合盐(NaCl和Na2SO4物质的量比为1:1)处理烟草种子,并测定了不同烟草品种的发芽特性指标。结果表明:① 低浓度的复合盐溶液可促进部分烤烟品种(云烟87、K326、云烟97、中烟100)的种子萌发,而高浓度的盐处理对供试品种的种子萌发有强烈抑制作用。② 不同烤烟品种对盐分的耐受力不同。在0.2%~0.6%质量浓度的中低盐度处理下,各品种的发芽指数及活力指数差异不大,云烟97和云烟87的发芽率相对较高,中烟100的发芽势较低,而云烟97则较高;在0.8%和1.0%质量浓度的高盐度处理下,云烟87的各发芽指标表现良好,红花大金元、云烟97次之,中烟100、K326的发芽指数显著下降。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the salt tolerances of different flue-cured tobacco varieties and screen out salt-tolerance varieties, the seeds of five flue-cured tobacco varieties (Honghuadajinyuan, K326, Yunyan87, Yunyan97 and Zhongyan100) were treated with a salt mixture(NaCl:Na2SO4=1:1, mol:mol)at different mass concentrations(0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8% and 1.0%), and the germination characteristics of the five varieties were determined. The results showed that:1) Salt mixture solutions at low concentrations promoted the seed germination of Yunyan87, K326, Yunyan97 and Zhongyan100, however at a high concentration the salt mixture solutions had strong inhibition effects on the seed germination of all five varieties. 2) Salt tolerances of different varieties differed. In the treatments of middle and low salt concentrations(0.2%-0.6%), there was no obvious difference of germination indexes and vigor indexes among different varieties, Yunyan97 and Yunyan87 had a relatively higher germination rate, the germination potential of Zhongyan100 was lower, while that of Yunyan97 was higher. In the treatments of high salt concentrations (0.8% and 1.0%), the seed germination indexes of Yunyan87 were the best, those of Honghuadajinyuan and Yunyan97 were better. However, the germination indexes of Zhongyan100 and K326 decreased significantly.
