造纸法再造烟叶主要工艺过程中的阳离子含量

Cation content during paper-making tobacco reconstitution processes

  • 摘要: 为考察造纸法再造烟叶主要加工工序对阳离子含量(质量分数)的影响,优化了同时测定钠、铵、钾、镁和钙5种阳离子的离子色谱法的前处理条件,测定了再造烟叶原料和主要工序中5种阳离子含量。结果表明:① 前处理优化条件为盐酸溶液浓度0.05 mol/L、超声萃取时间30 min、料液比为1:500。② 再造烟叶3种原料中阳离子总含量顺序为烟梗>烟末>>外加纤维(外纤),烟梗和烟末中主要阳离子为钾和钙,外纤为钠、钾和钙。③ 洗梗和浸梗工序对5种阳离子去除作用较强,钠、钾、镁、铵和钙阳离子的去除率分别为73.1%、61.1%、50.5%、50.4%和20.7%。④ 片基经涂布工序后,钙离子含量下降19.4%,其余阳离子含量均有所上升。⑤ 涂布后各工序样品阳离子含量基本保持稳定,变化幅度小于3.0%。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the effects of main production processes on selected cation contents in paper-making reconstructed tobacco, sample pretreatment conditions for the simultaneous determination of Na+, NH4+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+ ions with ion chromatography were optimized. The contents of the five cations in raw materials and paper-making reconstituted tobacco were determined during the production processes. The results showed that: 1) Optimized sample pretreatment conditions were: using 0.05 mol/L hydrogen chloride to extract sample at the ratio of 1:500 under ultrasonic condition for 30 minutes. 2) The content of the total cation in the materials was ranked as: stem powder > tobacco powder >> external fiber. The major cations in stem powder and tobacco powder were K+ and Ca2+, those in external fiber were K+, Ca2+ and Na+. 3) Cations were eliminated during the stem washing and dipping process with the reduction rate of 73.1% (Na+), 61.1% (K+), 50.5% (Mg2+), 50.4% (NH4+), 20.7% (Ca2+). 4) After coating process, the content of Ca2+ reduced by 19.4%, while the other cations slightly increased in the base-sheet. 5) During the subsequent coating processes, the contents of cations were kept steady within 3.0% variation.
