  • 摘要: 为了解内生菌的功能及其在烟草上的研究进展,对内生菌与宿主植物的互作关系、功能及其在烟草上的研究进展进行了综述。①阐述了内生菌与宿主植物的关系。内生菌在宿主植物内可通过垂直或水平方式进行遗传传播,与宿主植物呈现出共生或寄生关系。②介绍了内生菌的具体功能。宿主植物为内生菌提供适宜生存环境的同时,内生菌与宿主植物通过基因重组、信息交流,或协同宿主植物合成次级代谢物促使宿主植物表现出一定的应激耐受性、促生性、固氮作用等。③概述了内生菌在烟草促生、抗胁迫、降低烟碱、降低重金属含量、增香、秸秆堆肥等方面的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: To understand the function of endophytes and its advances in tobacco, the interaction between endophytes and host plants, endophyte function on tobacco were reviewed. 1) The relationships between endophytes and host plants were described. Endophytes in host plants could be propagated through vertical or horizontal transmission, and there was a symbiotic or parasitic relationship between endophytes and host plants. 2) The specific functions of endophytes were introduced. Host plants could provide an appropriate living environment for endophytes. At same time, endophytes could improve the stress tolerance, growth and nitrogen fixation of host plants via gene recombination or information communication and promote the synthesis of secondary metabolites in host plants. 3) The studies concerning the effects of endophytes on tobacco were summarized, including promoting tobacco growth and anti-stress, reducing nicotine and heavy metal contents, enhancing aroma and stalk compost.
