养护醇化时间对雪茄茄芯烟叶品质的影响

Effects of aging time on quality of cigar filler

摘要: 为探索雪茄茄芯烟叶适宜于工业配方使用的养护醇化时间，以3个主要国产品种雪茄茄芯烟叶为供试材料，研究了养护醇化时间对烟叶外观物理特征、化学成分和感官品质的影响。结果表明，在库存湿度70%±5%，温度18~27℃条件下，不同品种茄芯烟叶养护醇化21~27个月时，烟叶综合品质较好，之后保持相对稳定。

Abstract: To investigate suitable aging time for cigar filler used in industrial formulation, the fillers of three main varieties of domestic cigars were compared based on the effects of aging time on the physical properties, chemical components and sensory quality. The results showed that after the three filler varieties were aged at the humidity of 70%±5% and temperature of 18-27℃ for 21-27 months, their overall quality was improved and maintained relative stability.
