料液浸脱工艺对品质缺陷烟叶的影响及其应用

摘要: 为提高品质缺陷烟叶的使用价值,研究了料液浸脱处理不同工艺条件对品质缺陷烟叶的影响,并进行了生产应用。结果表明:①料液浸脱工艺处理品质缺陷烟叶能够改善烟叶感官质量,疏松烟叶细胞组织,协调烟叶化学成分。②采用较为经济的F料液(丙二醇),浸脱工艺适宜条件为:浓度1.5%~2.5%、浸泡温度65℃、浸泡时间10~15 s。③通过研究开发料液浸脱工艺和设备,并进行品牌生产应用后,与应用前相比,卷烟感官风格一致、感官质量略有提升、一氧化碳和焦油释放量微有下降。料液浸脱工序能够提高品质缺陷烟叶使用价值,拓宽配方烟叶使用范围。Abstract: In order to improve the usability of tobacco leaves with quality defects,the effects of casing immersion-elution conditions on the leaves were studied.The results showed that:1) Casing immersion-elution improved the sensory quality of tobacco leaves,the cell structure in the leaves became opener and the chemical composition more harmonious.2) With cost effective Casing F(propylene glycol),the appropriate immersion-elution conditions were concentration 1.5%-2.5%,at temperature 65℃,for 10-15 sec.3) The results of production application indicated that comparing with untreated leaves,the processed leaves offered consistent sensory style,slightly better quality,and less carbon monoxide and tar yields.Casing immersion-elution could promote the utilization value of leaves with quality defects.
