滚筒复烤方式下片烟的尺寸分布变化特征

Variations of size distribution of tobacco strips redried by a cylinder dryer

  • 摘要: 为了研究滚筒复烤方式下烤后片烟的尺寸分布变化特征,考察了筒壁温度、热风温度、滚筒转速、物料容积率等主要复烤条件对烤后片烟尺寸分布的影响规律,并与热风复烤方式进行了对比分析。结果显示:①滚筒复烤方式下,整个干燥过程片烟含水率变异系数小于2%,筒内片烟的含水率较为均匀。②筒壁温度对片烟干燥时间、干燥速率及片烟烤后温度有显著影响(P值均小于0.05);容积率对片烟干燥时间、干燥速率(P值为0.0047)有较大影响;热风温度和滚筒转速对片烟干燥时间、干燥速率及片烟烤后温度无显著性影响(P值均大于0.05)。③滚筒复烤后片烟的大片率减少,中片率、小片率增加,片烟特征面积减少,均匀性系数增大。综合来看,在筒壁温度70℃、热风温度80℃~90℃、滚筒转速8 r/min和容积率16.16%的条件下,烤后片烟的大中片率较高,收缩率较低。④片烟干燥速率相近的条件下,滚筒直接复烤后片烟的收缩率明显低于热风复烤方式,大中片率高于热风复烤方式。

     

    Abstract: To study the variation of size distribution of tobacco strips redried by a cylinder dryer, the effects of operational conditions including cylinder wall temperature, hot air temperature, cylinder's rotational speed and material/cylinder volume ratio on the size distribution of redried strips were investigated, and the variation of size distribution of tobacco strips redried by hot air system was analyzed and compared. The results showed that:1) The variation coefficient of moisture content in strips was less than 2% and the moisture content in strips was uniform at large during the whole process of cylinder redrying. 2) Cylinder wall temperature influenced the redrying time, drying rate and redried strips' temperature significantly (P<0.05); volume ratio affected redrying time and drying rate of strips greatly (P=0.0047); while the hot air temperature and cylinder's rotational speed did not affect redrying time, drying rate and redried strips' temperature significantly (P>0.05). 3) After cylinder redrying, the percentage of large size strips decreased, that of middle and small size strips increased; the characteristic area of strips reduced, while uniformity coefficient raised. In general, the percentage of large and middle size strips was higher and shrinkage rate was lower at the conditions of cylinder wall temperature 70℃, hot air temperature 80℃-90℃, cylinder's rotational speed 8 r/min and volume ratio 16.16%. 4) Comparing with hot air redrying, the shrinkage rate of strips was obviously lower and the percentage of large and middle size strips was higher under cylinder redrying at the similar drying rate.
