烟草等温吸脱附性能检测装置的设计与实现

Design and implementation of tobacco isothermal adsorption/desorption ability testing device

  • 摘要: 为解决现有装置在温湿度控制、样品称量、程序控制等方面存在的问题,设计了一种新型烟草等温吸脱附性能检测装置。该装置主要由气体预混合单元、恒温箱体、质量称重单元以及控制与数据采集单元等部分组成。气体预混合单元主要实现饱和湿空气与干空气的混合,用于产生温度5℃~90℃,相对湿度5%~90%的混合气体;恒温箱体采用金属-保温材料-金属的3层结构,通过PID控制器对水温进行控制,保持温度恒定;质量称重单元中的实验腔与称重传感器分别独立设置,实现在高温高湿状态下准确称取样品质量;编写的上位机软件直接通过串口与各器件进行通讯,便于设定实验参数以及实现自动调节和实时监控。通过空白重复试验验证了装置的可靠性与稳定性,并考察了山东C3F烟丝样品的吸脱附性能。结果表明:该装置能够应用于烟草等温吸脱附性能检测,检测过程稳定可靠,可在线检测温度5℃~90℃和相对湿度0%~90%环境下烟草样品质量(0.0001~100 g)随时间变化的数据,所测样品数据重复性好,能够表征该烟草样品对水分的吸脱附特性。

     

    Abstract: In order to improving the reliability and stability of testing, a new device for testing the isothermal adsorption/desorption property of tobacco was designed. The device was mainly composed of a gas pre-mixing unit, a thermostatic chamber, a weighing unit and a control and data acquisition unit. Gas pre-mixing unit mixed saturated moist air with dry air and produced mixed air of 5℃-90℃ and RH 5%-90%. The body of thermostatic chamber was made of metal-thermal insulator-metal plate, a PID controller regulated water temperature to maintain a constant temperature. In the weighing unit, testing chamber and weighing sensor were independently located so as to realize accurate weighing at high temperature and high humidity environment. Upper level PC software directly communicated with all components through serials to facilitate testing parameter setting, automatic regulation and real-time monitoring. The reliability and stability of the device were validated via repeated blank tests, and the adsorption/desorption of cut tobacco samples of C3F from Shandong was investigated by the device. The results showed that the device could be used to test the isothermal adsorption/desorption property of tobacco, the test process was stable, reliable, online and dynamical, the tobacco sample mass ranged from 0.0001 to 100 g, air temperature 5℃-90℃ and RH 0%-90%; the measurements featured good repeatability and could be used to characterize the moisture adsorption/desorption characteristics of tobacco samples.
