不同抽吸状态下卷烟内部气流流动特性的近似分析
An approximate analysis of air flowing inside a cigarette under different puff profiles

摘要: 为了快速方便地考察卷烟内部气流流动特性,建立了不同抽吸状态下卷烟内部气流流动一维数学解析模型,分别获得了未燃烧3R4F卷烟在恒速抽吸和ISO标准抽吸状态下卷烟内部气流压降与速率分布分析解,并且比较了分析解与模拟解的差异。分析解可以用于计算卷烟压降、吸阻、总通风率以及滤嘴通风率。分析解显示卷烟内部气流一维近似流动假设成立;卷烟内部气流压降满足分段线性函数变化;气流速率在烟丝前段呈二次函数变化,在滤嘴段呈阶梯函数变化;卷烟总通风率与滤嘴通风率在不同抽吸模式下保持不变。分析解可为深入理解未燃烧卷烟气流流动特性提供理论支持。Abstract: The characteristics of air flowing through a cigarette were investigated, and the analytical solution to the pressure drop and velocity distribution inside cigarette was obtained following the establishment of an one-dimensional (1-D) mathematical analytical model under different puff profiles. It indicated that the pressure drop was in compliance with sectional linear function, and the air velocity variation was compliant to a quadratic function in tobacco section of cigarette and as step function in filter section; the total ventilation rate and filter ventilation rate of cigarette remained unchanged independent of puff profiles. The established mathematical model is helpful for understanding the air flowing characteristics inside an unlit cigarette.
