Abstract:
To improve the technology and find out the factors influencing casing effect, the influences of control parameters in a double-sided injection casing machine on tobacco strip casing effect were tested with single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that: 1) Within the test range, casing uniformity coefficient decreased, while the effective utilization rate of casing increased first and then decreased with the increase of HT steam pressure; however, both of them increased first then decreased with the increase of casing injection pressure, and the frequencies of spreading belt motor, discharging screen belt motor and exhaust fan motor. 2) The preferable parameters were: HT steam pressure 0.1 MPa, casing injection pressure 0.2 MPa, and the frequencies of spreading belt motor, exhaust fan motor and discharging screen belt motor 32, 30 and 43 Hz, respectively. 3) Comparing with cylinder casing, the casing uniformity coefficient and the effective utilization rate of casing of double-sided injection casing raised by 1.83% and 13.57 percentage points, respectively.
