Design of water spraying device for compression bands lubrication in COMAS-A1 tobacco cutter

  • 摘要: 为解决COMAS-A1型切丝机在使用过程中,存在铜排链与耐磨板间磨损严重、备件更换频次高、维护工作量大等问题,设计了一套铜排链水雾润滑施加装置。通过单介质小孔雾化喷嘴试验,确定纯净水作为介质对铜排链内侧进行水雾喷射润滑;选用外混合式双介质喷嘴,喷嘴流量设为0.045L/min,可以取得良好的雾化效果;以40s为喷射控制周期,0.3~0.4MPa压缩空气为引射介质,可以形成均匀的液膜而不发生滴漏。结果表明:水雾润滑装置有效降低了铜排链与耐磨板之间的摩擦程度,铜排链和耐磨板的使用寿命分别延长了40%和100%,两年节省备件费用9万余元,减少了维护保养工作量。

     

    Abstract: For reducing the wear of compression bands and wear-resistant plates, the replacement frequency of spare parts and maintenance work of COMAS-A1 tobacco cutter, a set of water spraying device for compression bands lubrication was designed. Via single-medium small-hole atomization nozzle test, purified water was determined as the medium for lubricating the inner side of compression bands. To achieve better atomization effect, external-mix dual-medium nozzles were employed and the flow rate of nozzle was set at 0.045 L/min. A uniform liquid film (without water-drop falling) was formed by taking 0.3-0.4 MPa compressed air as injection medium at an injection cycle of 40 s. The results showed that the water spraying lubrication effectively alleviated the wear of compression bands and wear-resistant plates, prolonged their working life by 40% and 100%, respectively. The cost of spare parts saved by more than 90 000 RMB yuan in two years, and maintenance work decreased as well.
