  • 摘要: 为解决EVA型干燥设备干燥后出口叶丝缠绕率较高的问题,对EVA工艺流程以及叶丝缠绕的影响因素进行了分析,并对EVA设备及工艺参数进行了改进:①优化EVA工艺参数,改变工艺气体流动形态;②增加叶丝松散装置,提高叶丝松散度;③将布料车的布料方式由条播布料改为寻堆布料,解决叶丝挤压结块问题;④切丝机刀片更换为具有定长切丝功能的刀片,降低叶丝长丝率。结果表明:①工艺气体流量和温度是影响叶丝缠绕率的显著因子,将工艺气体温度设为170℃,工艺气体流量设为16500kg/h,可以使叶丝缠绕率达到最优值。②改进后叶丝缠绕率降低11.18百分点,整丝率提高3.4百分点,碎丝率降低0.51百分点,填充值提高0.34cm3/g,改善了卷烟感官质量。EVA干燥设备改进后有效降低了叶丝缠绕率,提高了叶丝利用率和卷烟加工工艺品质。

     

    Abstract: In order to prevent cut strips from tangling in EVA dryer, the technical process of EVA drying and the factors causing cut strips tangling were analyzed. The following measures were then adopted: 1) Optimizing EVA operating parameters and changing the flow pattern of processing gas. 2) Adding a loosening device for loosening cut strips. 3) Changing the spreading mode of spreading vehicle from strip to stepping to prevent cut strips from being squeezed. 4) Replacing the knife blades to cut tobacco to fixed-length and decrease long strands. The results showed that: 1) The volume and temperature of processing gas were the significant factors causing cut strips tangling, the lowest tangling rate reached when the gas volume and temperature were set at 16 500 kg/h and 170 ℃, respectively. 2) After improvement, the tangling rate and breakage of cut strips decreased by 11.18 and 0.51 percentage points, the long strand percentage and filling value increased by 3.4 percentage points and 0.34 cm3/g, respectively. The utilization rate and the processing quality of cut strips were promoted.
