Abstract:
In order to improve the degradation rate of cembratriene-4, 6-diol, the culture medium for
Novosphingobium panipatense YⅡ-3 was optimized by conducting response surface analysis. The results showed that:1)The optimal carbon source and its concentration, nitrogen source and its concentration, initial pH and cultural temperature for
Novosphingobium panipatense YⅡ-3 were confirmed by single factor experiment. 2)The said 4 factors were selected as the response factors, the Box-Behnken response surface analysis of the 4 factors at 3 levels was designed with the degradation rate as the response value. The optimal constituents of the culture medium were determined as maltose 0.66 g/L, yeast extract 0.91 g/L, initial pH 9, and cultural temperature at 35℃. 3)Under that condition, the degradation rate increased from 64.58% to 84.71%(or increased by 20.13 percentage points) after optimization. The observed experimental values agreed with the predictive values of mathematic models, and Box-Behnken response surface analysis is suitable for optimizing the culture medium of
Novosphingobium panipatense.
