制丝线排潮管路自动清洁系统的设计

Design of automatic cleaning system for moisture exhaust pipeline of tobacco primary processing line

  • 摘要: 为解决制丝线排潮管路存在的排潮风机、排潮管道内部易积垢,难清洁和排潮量不可控等问题,设计了制丝线排潮管路自动清洁系统。采用排潮风门固定开度、排潮风机变频控制的方式对排潮量进行控制,实现筒内负压的闭环控制;根据排潮风机的叶轮结构和运行状态,设计了排潮风机自动清洁装置,利用PLC程序调整排潮风机频率,实现排潮风机的自动清洁控制模式;利用重力分级器的原理,设计了可以将烟尘颗粒从气流中分离出的沉降室,实现对排潮管道的自动清洁。结果表明:改进后筒类设备实现了排潮量自动变频控制,筒内负压保持在(36.5±3.0)Pa,排潮风机频率稳定在(35±5)Hz范围内;排潮风机清洁时间减少132.7 min/次,排潮管道清洗时间减少9.13 h/次;按全年生产260 d计算,5台筒类设备全年可节省费用12万余元。该系统的应用避免了设备的反复拆卸和安装,提高了排潮系统运行的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: As a solution to the problems of dust buildup in moisture exhaust pipeline of tobacco primary processing line, and exhausted moisture volume control, an automatic cleaning system was designed, wherein the opening of exhausted valve was fixed, the exhausted moisture volume and the negative pressure inside cylinder was closed loop controlled via a frequency conversion controller for exhaust fan motor. An automatic cleaning system for exhaust fan was designed on the basis of impeller structure and the running status of exhaust fan motor, the frequency of the exhaust fan motor was adjusted by PLC. A settling chamber was designed to separate tobacco dust from airflow and automatically clean the exhaust gas pipeline. The results showed that the volume of exhausted moisture was well controlled, the negative pressure inside cylinder was kept within (36.5 ±3.0) Pa and the frequency of exhaust fan motor was stabilized within (35 ±5) Hz. The cleaning time for exhaust fan motor and exhaust gas pipeline reduced by 132.7 min and 9.13 h, respectively, or more than 120 000 RMB yuan/year could be saved for 5 pieces of cylindrical equipment. The application of the system promotes the running stability of moisture exhaust system.
