基于因子分析及曲线估计的卷烟叶组化学成分品质评价

Quality evaluation of chemical components in cigarette blend based on factor analysis and curve estimation

  • 摘要: 为明确不同卷烟中烟叶化学成分差异,以因子分析、曲线估计拟合方法对贵州中烟2015年在产一、二、三、四类卷烟共9个牌号的叶组配方烟叶化学成分进行了分析。结果表明:①各牌号卷烟配方均有一条对应的化学成分因子综合得分曲线,可区别和表征不同卷烟化学成分品质总体情况。②曲线的上半部分主要与卷烟香气质、舒适性、档次有明显关系,曲线下半部分主要与香气量、劲头、满足感关系密切。③日常卷烟配方维护验证表明使用该方法评价卷烟配方化学成分及品质差异客观有效。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the differences of the chemical components between cigarettes of different tobacco blends, cigarettes of nine brands, belonged to four price categories, manufactured by China Tobacco Guizhou Industrial Limited Corporation in 2015 were analyzed and characterized by means of factor analysis and curve estimation. The results showed that:1)Each brand had a representative comprehensive score curve of chemical component factors characterizing its overall quality of chemical components. 2)The upper part of the curve closely related to the aroma quality, comfortableness and price category of the cigarette; the lower part of the curve to the aroma quantity, strength and feeling of satisfaction of the cigarette. 3) This method was validated by the routine maintenance of cigarette blend, which indicated that it could objectively and effectively evaluate the variance of chemical components in cigarette blend and quality of the cigarette.
