烟用胶囊颗粒强度检测装置的设计

Design of cigarette capsule strength tester

  • 摘要: 为提高烟用胶囊强度的检测效率和精度,基于机械施压法设计了一种十通道烟用胶囊颗粒强度检测系统。该系统主要由十通道机械施压装置、压力及位移采集单元、下位机数据处理及控制单元、上位机人机交互单元组成,通过机械施压装置给胶囊均匀施加压力,压力垂直作用于胶囊上方,利用压力传感器采集系统压力数值,采用破损强度、破损形变量等指标对胶囊强度进行表征,并通过试验分别对系统的测量精度和稳定性进行了测试。结果表明:①实现了对粒径2.8 mm和3.5 mm两种规格胶囊颗粒的自动化检测。②仪器的检测精度达0.02 N,设备重复性较好,与进口设备相比,两台设备检测的胶囊强度和形变量均无显著性差异。该装置为烟草行业胶囊质量控制提供了一种高效检测方法。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the efficiency and precision in determining the strength of cigarette capsules, a ten-channel capsule strength tester was designed based on mechanical compression method. The tester was mainly composed of a ten-channel mechanical compression device, a pressure and displacement data acquisition unit, a slave computer for data processing and control, and a host computer for human-computer interaction. The mechanical compression device exerted an evenly distributed vertical pressure on the capsules, the pressure data were acquired via pressure sensors. The strength of capsule was characterized with the breakdown strength and magnitude of deformation. The precision and stability of the tester was validated as well. The results showed that:1)The tester could automatically test the capsules of 2.8 or 3.5 mm in diameter. 2)The test precision was up to 0.02 N with good repeatability. There existed no significant differences in capsule strength and deformation measurements between the designed tester and an imported one. The designed tester provides an efficient test method for the quality control of cigarette capsules.
