基于线性网络模型的卷烟吸阻及通风特征预测方法

Method for predicting draw resistance and ventilation of cigarette based on linear network model

  • 摘要: 为了快速预测卷烟吸阻与通风之间的关系,根据卷烟各个组成部分之间的串联与并联关系,建立了卷烟气流流动的线性网络模型,计算卷烟的吸阻、卷烟纸通风率、滤嘴通风率以及总通风率。通过3R4F卷烟和细支卷烟的结构参数与物性参数,验证线性网络模型,比较模型预测结果与实验检测结果之间的相对误差可知,卷烟吸阻和总通风率的相对误差都在3%以内。线性网络模型不需要复杂的数值模拟或解析计算即可快速预测卷烟气流流动过程通风特征,揭示卷烟通风特征与结构参数和物性参数之间的非线性关系,且该方法预测结果准确性高。

     

    Abstract: For predicting the relationship between draw resistance and ventilation of cigarette quickly, a linear network model was established according to the series or parallel relationship between cigarette components, then the draw resistance of cigarette, the ventilation rates of cigarette paper and filter, and the total ventilation rate of cigarette were calculated. The model was validated with the structural and physical parameters of 3R4F and slim cigarettes, the relative error between the predicted value and the detected value was calculated. It showed that the relative errors of draw resistance and total ventilation rate between the predicted values and detected values were less than 3%. The linear network model dispenses with either complicated numerical simulation or analytical calculation, quickly predicts the ventilation characteristics of cigarette and reveals the nonlinear relationships of ventilation characteristics with structural and physical parameters of cigarette accurately.
