基于恒脱水量的HDT烘丝机烘丝模式的设计

Design of control system in HDT tobacco dryer based on constant dehydration amount

  • 摘要: 为解决HDT烘丝机生产中存在的出口烟丝含水率波动大、工艺热风温度稳定性差等问题,提出一种基于恒脱水量的烘丝模式。出口和入口烟丝含水率采用级联方式共同调节烘丝流量,使烘丝机的实际脱水量与设定脱水量保持一致;当入口烟丝含水率波动时,系统根据含水率偏差调节入口电子秤的流量,使烘丝机的脱水量保持恒定,保证出口烟丝含水率稳定。以曲靖卷烟厂生产的"云烟(紫)"牌卷烟烟丝为对象进行测试,结果表明:改进后出口烟丝含水率标准偏差由0.25%降低到0.073%,工艺热风温度标准偏差由1.73℃降低到0.35℃,天然气消耗量由85.65 m3/批次降低到79.34 m3/批次,可节约生产成本25元/批次。该方法为提高出口烟丝含水率控制精度、降低能源消耗提供了技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to alleviate the fluctuation of moisture content in cut tobacco out of HDT dryer and stabilize processing hot air temperature, a control system based on constant dehydration amount was proposed. The throughput regulation of cut tobacco was linked to the moisture contents in input and output tobacco in a cascade way to keep the actual dehydration amount identical with the set amount. When the moisture content in input tobacco fluctuated, the system regulated the input rate of cut tobacco accordingly on the basis of the moisture content deviation to keep a constant dehydration amount of the dryer and stabilize the moisture content in output tobacco. The cut tobacco for manufacturing cigarettes of brand "Yun Yan (Purple)" was tested in Qujing Cigarette Factory, the results showed that the standard deviation of moisture content in output tobacco decreased from 0.25% to 0.073%, that of processing hot air temperature decreased from 1.73 to 0.35℃; the consumption of natural gas reduced from 85.65 to 79.34 m3/batch, and 25 RMB yuans production cost were saved per batch. This method provides a technical support for improving the control precision of moisture content in output tobacco and reducing energy consumption.
