Abstract:
By combining the characteristics and advantages of cigarette supply chain with the commercial features of the Internet, an O2O-based and integrated "Internet + Cigarette Commerce" commercial model was designed, which was service-oriented, platform-, community-, and information-based, and a commercial operation platform was created. The platform included four subsystems:customer discovery, operation portal, retailer management and supplier management. Relying on the platform, tobacco company could provide all-round service to suppliers, retailers and consumers. The practice of the platform in Zhuzhou and Changde Branches of Hunan Provincial Tobacco Corporation showed that the platform was helpful to retailers in their operation, to consumers in cigarette purchasing. The platform provides an idea for the construction and development of tobacco marketing network in the Internet age.
