"互联网+卷烟商业"的研究与实践

  • 摘要: 根据卷烟供应链的特点、优势和互联网的商业特征,基于O2O设计了服务化、平台化、社群化、数据化、一体化的"互联网+卷烟商业"模式,构建了卷烟商业运营平台。该平台包括客户发现、运营门户、零售户管理、供应商管理4个子系统,可以为供应商、零售户和消费者提供全方位服务。在湖南省株洲、常德两个市级烟草公司的应用效果表明,该系统能够提高零售户的经营水平、方便消费者购物、加速烟草产业升级和转型,为互联网时代卷烟营销网络的建设和发展提供了新思路。

     

    Abstract: By combining the characteristics and advantages of cigarette supply chain with the commercial features of the Internet, an O2O-based and integrated "Internet + Cigarette Commerce" commercial model was designed, which was service-oriented, platform-, community-, and information-based, and a commercial operation platform was created. The platform included four subsystems:customer discovery, operation portal, retailer management and supplier management. Relying on the platform, tobacco company could provide all-round service to suppliers, retailers and consumers. The practice of the platform in Zhuzhou and Changde Branches of Hunan Provincial Tobacco Corporation showed that the platform was helpful to retailers in their operation, to consumers in cigarette purchasing. The platform provides an idea for the construction and development of tobacco marketing network in the Internet age.
