滤嘴通风对卷烟烟气酸性成分的影响

Effects of filter ventilation on release of acidic components in mainstream cigarette smoke

  • 摘要: 为掌握滤嘴通风对卷烟烟气中酸性香味成分释放量的影响规律,采用GC/MS法测定了不同滤嘴通风度卷烟烟气中酸性香味成分的释放量。结果表明:①烟气中甲酸、乙酸、乳酸、软脂酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、油酸和硬脂酸的释放总量占所测25种酸性成分释放总量的90%以上,对烟气pH具有重要贡献;而其他酸性成分释放量低,对协调烟气感官品质具有重要作用;②随滤嘴通风度增加,25种酸性成分的释放量及烟气中酸性成分的释放总量均呈逐渐降低趋势,但降低程度差异较大;③随滤嘴通风度的增加,25种酸性成分的释放量对烟气中酸性成分释放总量的贡献有较大差异,有些酸性成分是正贡献,有些是负贡献,其他基本保持不变。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the influences of filter ventilation on the releases of acidic components in mainstream cigarette smoke, the levels of acidic components in mainstream smoke of cigarettes with different filter ventilations were determined by GC/MS. The results showed that:1) The releases of main acids, including formic acid, acetic acid, lactic acid, palmitic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, oleic acid and stearic acid, accounted for more than 90% of the total release of the tested 25 acidic components in mainstream cigarette smoke. These acids had an important contribution to overall smoke pH. The releases of the other acidic components were low, they played an important role in harmonizing smoke sensory quality. 2) With the increase of filter ventilation rate, the releases of the 25 acidic components and the total release of all the acidic components in mainstream smoke decreased gradually, however their degree of decrease differed greatly. 3) With the increase of filter ventilation rate, the contributions of the 25 acidic components to the total release of acidic components in mainstream cigarette smoke differed remarkably, some made positive contributions, some made negative contributions, and the others kept unchanged basically.
