  • 摘要: 为解决滤棒物流系统升级改造中存在的优化效果无法定量评估等问题,在总体规划阶段,通过对某大型滤棒物流系统升级改造进行仿真建模,采用系统仿真验证调度策略和逐步优化技术,对实料盘组出库改用半区直供、机组料盘组出入库改用复合作业、实料盘组入库改用就近优先存储、空料盘组入库改用对位优先存储4种模式构建的4种优化策略进行效果评估。结果表明:①综合应用前3种模式构建的策略3优化效果最显著,成型区、发射区一轨双堆垛机利用率分别下降19.7%、31.6%,均位于80%~90%的合理区间;②第4种优化策略效果不明显。本方法为提升滤棒物流系统的处理能力提供了技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to assess the effects of filter rod logistics system upgrading quantitatively, the simulation modeling of a certain large scale filter rod logistics system was conducted at overall planning stage, the optimization effects of four strategies, half-zone direct supply for full tray retrieving, mixed operation for machine group tray receiving/retrieving, the nearest-first strategy for full tray receiving, and the opposite-first strategy for empty tray receiving, were assessed by system simulation for the validation of scheduling strategy and stepwise optimization technique. The results showed that:1) Comprehensive application of the first three strategies was significantly effective, the utilization rates of one-rail double-SRM (storage/retrieval machine) in filter rod manufacturing zone and shooting zone decreased by 19.7% and 31.6% respectively, both of them fell within the reasonable interval of 80%-90%. 2) The fourth strategy was not obviously effective. This method provides a technical support for promoting the handling capacity of filter rod logistics system.
