复合滤棒基棒搭口上胶系统的优化设计

Optimized design of adhesive application system for seam of base rod of combined filter rod

  • 摘要: 为有效提高复合滤棒加工过程成型质量,提高设备效率,降低废品率,通过实验设计建立了热熔胶喷胶嘴口径与上胶宽度的回归模型,根据工艺要求求解喷胶嘴口径的最大值,进而采用双目标规划模型确定最佳喷胶嘴口径值,最后对优化后的复合滤棒外观质量和相关物理指标进行验证。结果表明:①随着喷胶嘴口径增加,设备效率先增后减,废品率先减后增。②最佳喷胶嘴口径值为1.5 mm,此时基棒搭口胶上胶宽度可达到1.95 mm。③与优化前相比,优化后复合滤棒外观质量缺陷率降低了36%,圆度、硬度物理特性有显著性改善,复合滤棒生产设备效率提升1.8百分点,废品率降低49.62%。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively improve the quality of combined filter rod, promote machine efficiency, and reduce waste rods, a regression model between the nozzle diameter and width of hot melt adhesive line was established via experiment, and the maximum value of nozzle diameter was solved based on technical requirements; further, the optimal diameter of the nozzle was determined by a bi-objective programming model.The appearance quality and related physical indexes of combined filter rod were validated after optimization, the results showed that:1) With the increase of nozzle diameter, machine efficiency increased first and then decreased, while the rate of waste rod was on the contrary.2)The optimal nozzle diameter was 1.5 mm, when the width of adhesive line reached 1.95 mm.3)The rate of combined filter rod with appearance defects reduced by 36%, the roundness and hardness of filter rod significantly promoted, the machine efficiency raised by 1.8 percentage points, and the rate of waste rod decreased by 49.62%.
