ZJ116型卷接机组循环风机的改进设计

  • 摘要: 为降低ZJ116型卷接机组流化床循环空气温度,运用CREO参数化设计对循环风机进行了改进设计。通过采用水冷循环风机,并在风机入风口处补充低温空气,有效降低了空气分配箱内温度,进而降低了流化床的空气温度。以ZJ116和ZJ17机组生产的"利群"牌卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:①改进后ZJ116机组空气分配箱内温度由42.23℃降低到36.41℃,满足了生产工艺温度要求;②改进后ZJ116机组生产的卷烟感官质量与ZJ17机组相似,实现了高速与中速机组卷烟生产品质的一致性。该方法为提高高速卷接机组的生产性能提供了技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to lower the temperature of circulating air in fluidized bed of ZJ116 cigarette maker, the circulating fan was modified via CREO parametric design. The temperature in the air distribution chamber was effectively lowered by way of adopting a water cooling fan and supplementing cool air at the air inlet of fan, so that the air temperature in fluidized bed was lowered accordingly. The cigarette brand "Liqun" was tested on ZJ116 and ZJ17 cigarette makers, the results showed that:1) The temperature in air distribution chamber of ZJ116 cigarette maker lowered from 42.23 to 36.41℃, which satisfied the process temperature requirements. 2) The sensory quality of cigarettes from ZJ116 was basically close to that from ZJ17, it unified the sensory quality of cigarettes coming from high speed and medium speed cigarette makers. This method provides a technical support for promoting the production performance of high speed cigarette maker.
