Abstract:
In order to improve the performance of cigarette group pusher in FOCKE FX hard packer, an ANSYS software was used for the finite element analysis of the pusher, CREO 3D model was introduced into the static analysis to obtain the stress and displacement strain values of the pusher. The major parameters influencing the pusher were determined through experimental design, and the pusher was optimized on the basis of the results of sensitivity analysis. The modified pusher was applied to FOCKE FX hard packer, the test results showed that:1) On the premise of ensuring the mass of the pusher unchanged, its stress value and strain value decreased by 23.0% and 32.5%, respectively. 2) The deformation and wear of the pusher alleviated obviously, and the working life of the pusher prolonged from 14.3 to 20.5 months. This method provides a technical support for promoting the performance of cigarette packing machine.
