基于ANSYS的烟组推手有限元分析和优化设计

Finite element analysis and optimized design of cigarette group pusher based on ANSYS

  • 摘要: 为改善FOCKE FX硬盒包装机组烟组推手的推烟效果,采用ANSYS软件对烟组推手进行了有限元分析,通过导入CREO三维模型用于静态分析得到烟组推手的应力值和位移变形量,采用试验设计确定影响烟组推手的主要参数,根据敏感度分析的结果对烟组推手进行了优化。改进后烟组推手应用于FOCKE FX硬盒包装机组进行测试,结果表明:①优化后在不增加推手质量的前提下,推手的应力值和变形量分别降低23.0%和32.5%;②机组的推手变形量及磨损情况明显改善,使用寿命由14.3个月延长到20.5个月。该方法为提高卷烟包装设备的生产性能提供了技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the performance of cigarette group pusher in FOCKE FX hard packer, an ANSYS software was used for the finite element analysis of the pusher, CREO 3D model was introduced into the static analysis to obtain the stress and displacement strain values of the pusher. The major parameters influencing the pusher were determined through experimental design, and the pusher was optimized on the basis of the results of sensitivity analysis. The modified pusher was applied to FOCKE FX hard packer, the test results showed that:1) On the premise of ensuring the mass of the pusher unchanged, its stress value and strain value decreased by 23.0% and 32.5%, respectively. 2) The deformation and wear of the pusher alleviated obviously, and the working life of the pusher prolonged from 14.3 to 20.5 months. This method provides a technical support for promoting the performance of cigarette packing machine.
