两种抽吸模式下加热不燃烧卷烟主流烟气释放物分析

Analysis of mainstream aerosol emissions of heat-not-burn tobacco products under two puffing regimes

  • 摘要: 为研究加热不燃烧卷烟主流烟气中有害成分的释放量,以11个iQOS和3个glo加热不燃烧卷烟产品为对象,研究了ISO抽吸模式和加拿大深度抽吸(HCl)模式下主流烟气中有害成分(焦油、烟碱、CO、HCN、NNK、NNN、NH3、BaP、苯酚、巴豆醛、甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛、1,3-丁二烯和苯)以及水分、丙二醇和丙三醇释放的规律。结果表明:①加热不燃烧卷烟气溶胶捕集物释放总量较高,且主要成分为水(质量分数约70%),远高于传统卷烟;②iQOS和glo卷烟的主流烟气有害成分中除NNK、NH3和巴豆醛释放量与传统卷烟相当以外,其他成分远低于传统卷烟;③11个iQOS样品的"焦油"平均值在ISO和HCl两种模式下分别为1.3和9.8 mg,释放量受抽吸模式的影响较大;3个glo样品的"焦油"平均值在ISO和HCl两种模式下分别为2.9和7.0 mg,与常规卷烟在两种抽吸模式下的释放规律一致。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the releases of harmful components in mainstream aerosol of heat-not-burn tobacco products, the releases of harmful components (NFDPM, nicotine, CO, HCN, NNK, NNN, NH3, BaP, phenol, crotonaldehyde, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein, 1, 3-butadiene, and benzene), water, propylene glycol and glycerin in mainstream aerosol of 11 iQOS samples and 3 glo samples were tested under ISO and Health Canada Intense (HCI) puffing regimes. The results showed that:1) The total release of aerosols, mainly water (mass fraction 70%), from heat-not-burn products were much higher than those released from combustible cigarettes. 2) iQOS and glo released similar levels of NNK, NH3 and crotonaldehyde as combustible cigarettes, but quite lower levels of the other harmful components than combustible cigarettes. 3) The average NFDPM releases of 11 iQOS samples were 1.3 and 9.8 mg under ISO and HCl regimes respectively, which suggested that NFDPM release from the product was significantly influenced by the puffing regimes. The average NFDPM releases of 3 glo samples were 2.9 and 7.0 mg under ISO and HCl regimes respectively, which had a similar NFDPM release pattern to combustible cigarettes under the two puffing regimes.
