松散回潮工序工艺参数对片烟加工物理性能的影响

Influences of loosening and conditioning parameters on physical properties of tobacco strips

  • 摘要: 为研究松散回潮设备不同加工条件对滚筒内部片烟加工质量的影响,采用无线温湿度监控技术和Imagepro plus图像处理工具分析了不同工艺参数、控制模式以及能量给予方式条件下片烟的舒展率以及加工性能。结果表明:①回风温度的提升增加了松散回潮滚筒对物料的加工强度,有利于提升片烟的舒展率。②工艺蒸汽系数为2.1时最有利于提升片烟加工的物理质量。③新鲜风低温控制模式加工后的片烟舒展率最高,表现出较好的片烟物理加工效果。④增加热风管道内蒸汽比例、减少直喷蒸汽比例有利于片烟温度的快速升高,并有利于提升片烟舒展率和感官质量。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the influences of different processing conditions in loosening and conditioning equipment on the processing quality of tobacco strips, wireless temperature and humidity monitoring technology and image processing tool, Imagepro plus, were used to analyze the stretching rate and processing property of strips under different process parameters, control modes and energy supply means. The results showed that:1) The rise of recirculated air temperature increased the processing strength of loosening and conditioning cylinder to the processed strips, which was beneficial to raising the stretching rate of strips. 2) The physical properties of strips peaked at the processing vapor coefficient of 2.1. 3) Under fresh air low-temperature control mode, the processed strips had the highest stretching rate and presented better processing effect. 4)The increase of vapor proportion in the hot air duct combined with the decrease of direct vapor injection were beneficial to the rapid rise of strip temperature and the promotion of stretching rate and sensory quality of strips.
