YJ27接装机切纸轮刮刀装置的改进

Modification of scraper assembly for cork drum in YJ27 filter assembler

  • 摘要: 为解决YJ27接装机切纸轮刮刀装置对废接装纸片刮除效果不理想等问题,通过分析刮刀装置的结构原理,对该装置进行了改进。改进后刮刀与座板之间采用弹簧板连接,并设计了安装和抱紧机构。利用弹簧板的弹性变形补偿刮刀的位置偏差,保证刮刀与切纸轮紧密贴合,有效改善了刮刀装置的刮纸效果。以ZJ17型卷接机组生产的"七匹狼(白狼)"牌卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:改进后切纸轮清洁次数减少8.17次/天,刮刀更换次数减少1.33次/年,维保时间减少14.98 min/次。该方法为提高卷接设备的运行效率提供了技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to remove the waste tipping paper from the cork drum in YJ27 filter assembler completely, the scraper assembly was modified following analyzing its structural principle. The scraper was connected to its base plate with a spring plate, and a setting and fixing mechanism was added. The spring plate was used to compensate the positional deviation of the scraper and fix the scraper tightly to the surface of the cork drum to achieve a reliable cleaning effect. Cigarettes brand "Septwolves (White Wolf) "was tested on a ZJ17 cigarette maker, the results showed that:the cork drum cleaning work reduced by 8.17 times per day, scraper replacement decreased by 1.33 times per year, and the average maintenance time cut down by 14.98 min. This method provides a technical support for promoting the working efficiency of filter cigarette making machine.
