Optimization of S400 tobacco reclaimer

  • 摘要: 为解决S400型残烟处理机存在的烟丝回收率低、回收烟丝结构不易同步提升等问题,对增温增湿系统、分离系统进行了优化改进,采用试验设计的方法确定了最优参数组合,在底带频率41 Hz,一级风机频率58 Hz,二级风机频率51 Hz,增湿蒸汽压力0.2 MPa条件下进行了优化效果测试。结果表明:①S400型残烟处理机优化改造后,烟丝回收率由50.79%提高到65.44%,回收烟丝整丝率由62.54%提高到74.48%;②在保证烟丝回收率及整丝率的前提下,纸中含丝率、回收烟丝纯净度、回收烟丝含水率等指标均能满足相关要求。该方法为改善回收烟丝结构、提升节约降耗水平提供了技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the performance of S400 tobacco reclaimer and the structure of reclaimed cut tobacco, its heating and humidifying system and separating system were optimized and modified.The optimal parameter combination was determined with experimental design method.The optimal testing conditions were:bottom belt frequency 41 Hz, the first stage fan motor frequency 58 Hz, the second stage fan motor frequency 51 Hz, steam pressure 0.2 MPa.The results showed that:1)Cut tobacco reclaiming rate increased from 50.79% to 65.44%, and the long strand proportion in reclaimed cut tobacco raised from 62.54% to 74.48%.2)On the premise of ensuring the reclaiming rate and long strand proportion of cut tobacco, the rate of tobacco in paper and the purity of and moisture content in reclaimed cut tobacco met the relative requirements.The mentioned method provides technical supports for improving the structure of reclaimed cut tobacco and reducing consumption.
