不同分子量香味物质在沟槽滤嘴中的选择性截留

Selective retention of aroma substances of different molecular weights by grooved cigarette filter

  • 摘要: 为了解沟槽滤嘴对不同分子量香味物质的选择性截留情况,以普通醋纤、内沟槽、外沟槽3种滤嘴为研究对象,用吸烟机抽吸卷烟,采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取滤片和滤嘴中的香味物质并对其进行气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)分析;采用聚类分析和方差分析方法分析香味物质分子量和选择性截留行为的关系。结果表明:①从滤嘴和剑桥滤片中共检出95种香味物质;②按照分子量大小分组,随着各组平均分子量的减小,香味物质的平均选择性截留系数呈升高趋势;③香味物质种类、分子量对香味物质的选择性截留有显著影响,且存在交互作用;④香味物质分子量越小,其在不同滤嘴上选择性截留差异越大。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the selective retention of aroma substances with different molecular weights by grooved filter, common acetate fiber filter, inner grooved filter and peripherally grooved filter were studied. Cigarettes were smoked by a smoking machine, the aroma substances in Cambridge filter pads and cigarette filters were extracted and analyzed by SDE-GC/MS method. The relationship between aroma substance's molecular weight and selective retention behavior was analyzed via cluster and variance analyses. The results showed that:1) Ninety-five aroma substances were detected in cigarette filters and Cambridge filter pads. 2) Aroma substances were grouped by molecular weight, and the average selective retention coefficient increased with the decrease in average molecular weight of each group. 3) The species and molecular weight of aroma substance significantly influenced the selective retention, and there existed an interaction effect between them. 4) The lower the aroma substance molecular weight was, the more obvious the difference of selective retention between the different kind filters was observed.
