软盒包装机往复直动轴防渗油密封装置的设计

Design of oil sealing device for linear reciprocating shaft in soft packer

  • 摘要: 为解决软盒包装机往复直动轴在生产中出现的渗油问题,根据往复直动轴运动特点,结合流体力学分析渗油原因,采用气环隔离结构对往复直动轴密封装置进行了改进。通过在轴端密封环中增加气环隔离结构,将压缩空气引入轴和密封圈之间的环型空间,利用气流产生的正压将轴表面多余的润滑油吹回内腔,并对轴进行冷却降温。以YB25、YB28软盒包装机为例进行对比测试,结果表明:未使用气环隔离结构的YB25包装机往复直动轴密封装置每半年就需要更换一次零件,而使用气环隔离结构的YB28包装机运行正常,未再发生渗油问题,延长了密封零件的使用寿命,半年内合计节省费用3 459.78元。该方法为提高包装设备的运行效率提供了技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to prevent oil leak of the linear reciprocating shaft in soft packer, following the analysis of the movement of the linear shaft and the reasons of oil leakage, a new oil sealing device was designed.An air ring isolation was formed in the sealing ring at the end of shaft, by introducing compressed air into the annular space between the shaft and sealing ring, the positive air pressure forced the excess oil on the shaft surface back into the inner cavity, and at the same time cooled down the shaft.A comparative test was conducted between YB25 and YB28 soft packers, the results showed that after six months running, the sealing device without air ring for the linear shaft in YB25 needed to be repaired; while that with air ring in YB28 still ran properly, no oil leak was found, the longer working life of sealing device could save 3 459.78 RMB yuan each half year.This method provides a technical support for promoting the efficiency of packing machine.
