脯氨酸对卷烟烟气成分的影响

Influences of proline on mainstream cigarette smoke components

  • 摘要: 为明确脯氨酸对卷烟主流烟气成分的贡献,分别以15N标记和非标记脯氨酸进行烟丝添加,采用GC/MS法检测卷烟主流烟气气相和粒相成分,研究了脯氨酸对卷烟烟气成分的定性关系和量效关系。结果表明:①烟丝中脯氨酸参与了烟气中吡咯、1-甲基吡咯、2-吡咯烷酮、2-乙酰基吡咯、吡嗪和(1-吡咯烷基)乙腈的生成。②烟丝中脯氨酸对烟气中(1-吡咯烷基)乙腈的贡献率达65%;对吡咯、2-乙酰基吡咯的贡献率分别为36%和12%;对1-甲基吡咯、吡嗪和2-吡咯烷酮的贡献率相对较小,均小于10%。

     

    Abstract: In order to clarify the contribution of proline to chemical components in mainstream cigarette smoke, 15N-labeled and non-labeled proline were added into cut tobacco, and the qualitative and dose-effect relationships between proline and mainstream cigarette smoke components were studied in gas phase and particulate phase mainstream cigarette smoke by GC/MS. The results showed that:1) Proline in cut tobacco contributed to the formation of pyrrole, 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole, 2-pyrrolidinone, 1-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)ethanone, pyrazine and 1-pyrrolidinylacetonitrile. 2) The contribution rate of proline to the formation of 1-pyrrolidinylacetonitrile in mainstream cigarette smoke was 65%, and to that of pyrrole and 1-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)-ethanone were 36% and 12%, respectively. The contribution rates of proline to the formation of 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole, pyrazine, and 2-pyrrolidinone were less than 10%.
