烟草花叶病发生与烟株矿质元素营养状况的关系

Relationship between occurrence of tobacco mosaic disease and mineral nutrient elements in tobacco

  • 摘要: 为明确矿质元素与烟草花叶病发生的关系,通过田间大样本调查了4 500株烟草关键生育期中花叶病发病率和病情指数,并测定了健康烟株与染病烟株的烟叶产量、主要农艺性状指标和矿质营养元素含量(质量分数)。结果表明:①与健康烟株相比,染病烟株茎叶干质量、株高、叶面积和叶片SPAD值等农艺性状指标均显著降低;烟株叶片干质量分别与花叶病发病率和病情指数呈显著负相关。②除微量元素Fe和Al外,健康烟株叶片中大量元素C、N、P、K和Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、B、Mn 6种中微量元素吸收量均显著高于染病烟株;健康烟株K含量显著高于染病烟株,而矿质元素C、N、P、Fe和Al含量则均低于染病烟株。③烟株花叶病发病率和病情指数与叶片氮含量呈显著正相关,与叶片C/N比值呈显著负相关。因此,建议云南玉溪烟区对于烟草花叶病的防控,应重点关注前茬蔬菜生产中氮肥过量使用导致的后茬植烟土壤氮磷钾比例失衡和缺钾地块的钾肥补充。

     

    Abstract: To research the relationship between mineral elements and the occurrence of tobacco mosaic disease, the incidence and index of tobacco mosaic disease in 4 500 tobacco plants were investigated via a field experiment. The yield, major agronomic traits and mineral nutrient element contents of vigorous and infected tobacco plants were analyzed. The results showed that:1) Comparing with vigorous plants, the agronomic traits (the dry weight of leaves and stalk, plant height, leaf area, SPAD value, etc.) of infected plants decreased significantly. The dry weight of tobacco leaves negatively correlated to the incidence and indexes of tobacco mosaic disease. 2) Except for Fe and Al, the amounts of macro elements (C, N, P and K) and medium/trace elements (Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn, B and Mn) absorbed by vigorous plants were higher than those by infected plants. The K content in vigorous plants was higher than that in infected plants, while the contents of C, N, P, Fe and Al were on the contrary. 3) The incidence and index of tobacco mosaic disease positively correlated to N content in tobacco leaves, and negatively correlated to C/N ratio. Therefore, to control tobacco mosaic disease in Yuxi tobacco-plant areas in Yunnan, it is recommended that the imbalanced proportion between N, P and K in tobacco-planting soils caused by the excessive N supply in preceding vegetable production and the K supply in K deficient fields were the noticeable factors.
