真空回潮机抽空系统改进及过程参数优化

Modification of vacuum system in vacuum pre-conditioner and optimization of process parameters

  • 摘要: 为解决三级四段式真空回潮机蒸汽消耗量大等问题,采用汽机联用技术对其抽空系统进行了改进,将真空回潮机的三级、四级蒸汽真空泵改为由电机驱动的水环式真空泵,根据箱体压力变化以及箱体压力下降速度与蒸汽消耗量的比值,对各抽空阶段真空泵启动条件等过程参数进行了优化。以红河卷烟厂A牌号卷烟为对象进行试验验证,结果表明:改进后物料加工质量稳定,物料温度、含水率和回透率各工艺指标间无显著差异,满足卷烟工艺生产要求;真空回潮过程蒸汽消耗量由287.02 kg/批次降低到104.32 kg/批次,全年减少蒸汽消耗量约726 t,节约生产成本约25.4万元。该方法可为降低能源消耗、提高企业精益管理水平提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce steam consumption, the steam jet vacuum pump system in the vacuum pre-conditioner was modified. The third and fourth stage steam jet vacuum pumps were replaced by water ring vacuum pumps. Meantime, the process parameters (such as the start conditions of all vacuum pumps, etc.) were optimized according to the variation of pressure in the conditioning chamber and the ratio between pressure decreasing speed in the chamber and steam consumption. A selected cigarette brand was tested in Honghe Cigarette Factory, the results showed that after modification, the quality of processed tobacco was consistent, the temperature, moisture content and ordering efficiency of tobacco did not differ significantly, and well fulfilled the technical requirements; the steam consumption reduced from 287.02 to 104.32 kg/batch, or by 726 ton/year, and 254 thousand RMB yuans production cost were saved per year. This method provides technical supports for reducing energy consumption and promoting the lean management level.
