湘西州烤烟质量风格特征评价

Quality and style characteristics of flue-cured tobacco from Xiangxi

  • 摘要: 为进一步明确湘西州烤烟质量风格特征,选择代表性植烟区域采集C3F等级烟叶样品进行了内在质量评价,并分析了湘西州烤烟风格特征和区域分布特征。结果表明:湘西州烤烟(C3F)总糖和还原糖含量(质量分数)较高,总氮、钾、氯含量相对适宜,烟碱含量相对偏高。烟叶感官评吸结果香气质较好、香气量较足;质量档次整体较高,以中等+~较好-为主。湘西州烤烟以干草香、正甜香为主体香韵,具有醇厚丰满、绵甜悠长的中偏浓“馥甜香”风格特征。选取烟碱、还原糖、糖碱比、氮碱比以及香气质、香气量、余味、杂气、刺激性等湘西烟叶风格的关键质量评价指标,将湘西州“馥甜香”烟叶风格划分为3种类型,即典型“馥甜香”、次典型“馥甜香”和非典型“馥甜香”。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the quality and style characters of flue-cured tobacco from Xiangxi, tobacco leaf samples (C3F) were collected from typical Xiangxi tobacco-planting areas. The results showed that the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in flue-cured tobacco (C3F) from Xiangxi were relatively high, the contents of total nitrogen, potassium and chlorine were within suitable ranges, and the nicotine content was relatively high. Sensory evaluation results indicated that the samples had better aroma quality, plentiful aroma quantity and higher quality degree mainly from middle+ to better-. The main aroma notes were hay-like and pure-sweetness scent with the characters of pure and rich medium inclining to robust "fragrance-sweet scent". Taking nicotine, reducing sugar, sugar/nicotine ratio, nitrogen/nicotine ratio, aroma quality, aroma quantity, aftertaste, offensive odor and irritation as the key quality indexes of Xiangxi tobacco leaves, the style of tobacco leaves from Xiangxi were divided into 3 types:typical fragrance-sweet scent, subtypical fragrance-sweet scent and atypical fragrance-sweet scent.
